The Chemical Reaction Engineering Laboratory (CREL) at Washington University in St. Louis (WUStL) is a unique academic organization that pools industrial resources for needed long term research in reaction engineering of multiphase systems, conducts such fundamental research, and transfers the results to industrial practice. CREL is an integral part of the Department of Energy, Environmental and Chemical Engineering (EECE) and a pillar of its industry-university partnership effort in Multiscale Process Engineering for Energy and Environment.
